1. Architect / Interior Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional design concepts for corporate offices, showrooms, retail, and residential interiors.
- Prepare layout plans, 2D drawings, 3D views, and presentation boards for client approvals.
- Select materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings in line with design intent and budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure design execution on site.
- Visit project sites to review progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Prepare BOQ and support costing/estimation teams with design inputs.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- Keep updated with industry trends, new materials, technologies, and innovative design solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety norms, and company standards.
- Assist in handover process by ensuring all finishing and detailing is executed as per drawings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma).
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design/architecture projects.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of 3D Max/Revit is a plus.
- Good sense of space planning, detailing, and material knowledge.
- Strong presentation and client interaction skills.
2. Interior Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute daily site activities for interior works (partitions, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.).
- Review and interpret drawings, BOQ, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to meet project timelines.
- Monitor quality of interior finishes, detailing, and workmanship as per company standards.
- Track site progress against schedule and report delays or issues with practical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material requisitions, and site records.
- Ensure proper material usage, minimize wastage, and verify deliveries as per requirement.
- Manage manpower allocation and guide skilled/unskilled labor for timely execution.
- Coordinate with design/MEP teams to resolve site-level conflicts or discrepancies.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping, and compliance measures at the site.
- Assist in snag rectification and final handover with quality checks.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil or Interior Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (corporate offices, retail, showrooms, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD / interior drawings knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with ability to lead site teams.
3. Civil Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise daily site activities as per project drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Ensure work progress aligns with project schedule, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Check and verify civil works such as shuttering, concreting, brickwork, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, and finishes.
- Maintain daily site reports (DPR), material consumption records, and work progress documentation.
- Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, quantity take-offs, and material requisitions.
- Monitor manpower deployment and provide work instructions to site teams.
- Highlight and resolve site issues, discrepancies, or design conflicts in consultation with seniors.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping, and compliance at site.
- Support project handover process with snag rectification and quality checks.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil/interior contracting projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ, and site execution practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams.
4. Civil Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Allocate tasks to site workers, monitor productivity, and maintain discipline at site.
- Check quality of civil works (shuttering, concreting, blockwork, plastering, flooring, etc.) and report deviations.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and labor contractors to achieve project targets.
- Maintain records of manpower, material usage, and daily progress.
- Ensure correct use of tools, equipment, and materials, minimizing wastage.
- Enforce safety rules, PPE compliance, and proper housekeeping at the site.
- Resolve site issues promptly and escalate to engineers/project manager when required.
- Assist in snag rectification and ensure timely project handover.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / +2 with proven field experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in civil/interior construction projects.
- Ability to read drawings and provide hands-on guidance to site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Site Engineer Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day supervision of site activities under guidance of senior engineers.
- Learn to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Support in monitoring quality of civil and interior works (partitions, flooring, ceilings, finishes, etc.).
- Prepare and update Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor for smooth execution of work.
- Track and record material usage, deliveries, and site requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and housekeeping standards at site.
- Participate in snag rectification, quality checks, and project handover processes.
- Gain practical exposure in planning, quantity take-off, billing, and project management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Interior Engineering.
- 0–2 years of site execution experience (freshers welcome).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong commitment, discipline, and teamwork skills.
6. Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at project sites.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for site teams.
- Inspect site regularly to identify unsafe practices, hazards, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, scaffolding, ladders, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain safety checklists, inspection reports, and incident/near-miss records.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports with preventive recommendations.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Foremen to enforce safety compliance.
- Display and update safety signage, emergency contacts, and first-aid arrangements.
- Liaise with statutory authorities on compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Promote a safety-first culture across all departments and site teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering with additional qualification in Industrial Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH/Diploma in Safety).
- 2–5 years of experience as Safety Officer in construction/interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.
- Good communication and leadership skills to enforce safety practices on site.
